Graduate Engineer - Highways (UAE Nationals Only)

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in preparing scope of works and project design criteria.
• Apply quality assurance and quality control procedures across project design disciplines.
• Gain hands-on experience in road design: plans, profiles, sections, signage.
• Utilize PowerPoint for presentations and progress reporting.
• Communicate effectively and assist in technical report writing.
• Develop skills in road design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil3D).
• Understand engineering standards, codes of practice, and local authority guidelines (advantage).

Requirements

• UAE National with valid family book (Emiratisation requirement).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (with Roads/Highways coursework) from an accredited university.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Recent graduate (2024 or 2025).
• Available to start in September 2025 (earlier start requests can be accommodated).

• Passionate about road design and engineering.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency (or willingness to learn) key design software.
• Attention to detail.
• Prior consultancy internship in road design is beneficial.
