Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist Quantity Surveying staff (Buildings Team) with pre-contract and post-contract deliverables
  • Support senior Project Surveyor in project tasks
  • Complete measurement of quantities for cost plans, cost estimates, and bills of quantities
  • Help prepare tender documentation
  • Contribute to viability studies and cost estimates
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring cost control procedures throughout project lifecycle
  • Support input related to financial claims and variations
  • Prepare and negotiate change orders with clients and contractors
  • Conduct market testing, tender analysis, and rate database updates
  • Maintain technical library, benchmarks, and asset databases
  • Assist with report formatting, data management, and quality assurance procedures
  • Undertake primary research as per project requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
  • UAE National holding a valid family book (as per Emiratisation requirements)
  • Recent graduate: Class of 2024 or 2025
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above
