Graduate - Proposal Specialist إماراتيين (خلاصة القيد)

Responsibilities

• Interface with business line growth team and operations to support the process of winning work.
• Lead responses to client RFI/RFQ/RFPs and applies standard pursuit processes to ensure efficiency in schedule and bid compliance.
• Responsible for print, electronic and oral proposal deliverables.
• Provides market research and competitive intelligence and leverages data systems and tools to support proposal strategy and business strategic planning efforts.
• Participates in internal debriefs as part of pursuit team, as requested.
• Understands and follows company quality procedures and approval processes under supervision of others.
• Performs a self-check of work prior to submitting to others for review/approval.

Requirements

• UAE National with a Family Book (mandatory in line with Emiratisation and UAE labor requirements).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field suitable for entry-level proposal development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow RFI/RFQ/RFP instructions and compliance requirements.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to support coordination, track deadlines, and manage multiple tasks under supervision.
• Foundational analytical and research skills with interest in market research, competitive intelligence, and working with CRM or data systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and participate fully in AECOM’s 24-month Advance Graduate Program.
