Graduate Specialist - Stakeholder Management إماراتيين (خلاصة القيد)

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and site visits for engineering and design projects.
• Support the preparation of project-related documentation including meeting minutes, technical presentations, and progress updates.
• Help track stakeholder requirements and ensure they are communicated clearly to project teams.
• Maintain stakeholder databases and records relevant to project phases and technical inputs.
• Contribute to technical reports and drawings by providing summaries of stakeholder feedback and requirements.
• Support engineers and architects in responding to client and authority queries.
• Assist with the preparation of project communication materials such as project briefs, design updates, and approval submissions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary project teams to gain exposure to engineering design, project management, and client engagement.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure stakeholder engagement activities are delivered smoothly and on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Recent graduate (2024 or 2025)
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or equivalent
• UAE National with valid family book (Emiratisation/UAE labour law requirement)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
