Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality digital and print assets, including email marketing campaigns, display ads, social media graphics, animations, and marketing collateral.
  • Translate marketing objectives and sales goals into visually compelling designs that enhance user experience and drive measurable outcomes such as increased conversion rates and opt-ins.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure all visual content aligns with brand messaging, campaign strategies, and overall business objectives.
  • Utilize data and performance metrics to inform design decisions, iteratively refine creative assets, and optimize for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Stay abreast of current marketing trends, design best practices, and e-commerce standards to continuously improve the effectiveness of visual communications.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets while maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.
  • Apply expertise in typography, branding, UI, and visual design culture to create engaging and effective design solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Marketing, or a closely related design or communications field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and e-commerce environments.
  • Portfolio Excellence: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a minimum of 2 years of experience with quantifiable achievements in driving sales, conversion rates, and opt-ins through design.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Marketing Savvy: Deep understanding of current marketing trends, techniques, and how to apply them to create sales-driving content.
  • Data-Driven Design: Ability to interpret metrics and use data insights to inform and refine design strategies for measurable results.
  • Brand Messaging: Proven ability to create design solutions that effectively communicate brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
  • Typography & Visual Design: Strong command of typography, visual hierarchy, branding principles, and overall visual design culture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • UI/UX Design Principles: Familiarity with UI/UX design concepts and their application in digital marketing assets.
  • Figma Proficiency: Experience with Figma for collaborative design workflows.
  • Advanced Animation: Skill in advanced After Effects techniques for creating dynamic visual content.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Specific experience designing for e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon, to drive sales.
  • Digital Marketing Environment: Prior experience working within a digital marketing team or agency.
