Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute innovative creative materials aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Develop visually appealing and engaging content for diverse platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Ensure all visual content adheres strictly to established company branding and guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver effective visual solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience in corporate marketing, agency, or apparel industry.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and brand consistency.
  • Experience with layout design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Project management capabilities with deadline management.
  • Ability to incorporate stakeholder feedback into design revisions.
  • File preparation for print and digital specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe XD for UI/UX design
  • After Effects for motion graphics
  • Premiere Pro for video editing
  • Understanding of marketing strategies
  • Apparel/retail industry experience
