Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the creation of visually compelling designs for a diverse range of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, digital advertisements, and social media content, with a strong emphasis on enhancing brand presence and property appeal.
  • Ensure meticulous adherence to Asico's brand identity and guidelines across all visual assets, maintaining a consistent and professional brand representation in the competitive Dubai real estate market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and content teams to translate business objectives into impactful visual solutions, driving engagement and supporting Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Develop and optimize engaging visual content for digital platforms, including the company website and social media channels, to maximize audience interaction and brand recognition.
  • Proactively research and integrate current design trends and innovative techniques to keep Asico's visual communications fresh, competitive, and aligned with evolving market expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a closely related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong emphasis on marketing and branding collateral.
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, composition).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with After Effects for motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing and property listing design.
  • Basic knowledge of web design tools (WordPress, Squarespace).
