Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design real estate marketing materials including proposals, offering memorandums, brochures, flyers, and postcards
• Create graphics for text, numerical data, maps, and infographics
• Present design work to business partners and implement feedback
• Develop branding and design elements for custom property marketing
• Coordinate project tasks and deliverables with research, email, and digital marketing teams
• Manage project progress and support transaction processes

Requirements

• Advanced skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint
• Visually inspiring portfolio showcasing creative and technical abilities
• Experience in editorial design and formatting for medium to long length publications
• Proficiency with project management tools like Monday.com
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects with changing priorities
• Experience creating files for print and digital distribution
• 2+ years of graphic design experience preferred
