Job Description
Responsibilities
- Based in Dubai (UAE) — work from Pearl's regional operations with hybrid flexibility.
- Create digital and print assets for web, social, email, ads and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, icons and reusable design systems.
- Produce wireframes and high-fidelity UI mockups; collaborate with front-end developers for handoff.
- Support short-form video editing and simple motion graphics for social platforms.
- Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and campaign performance metrics; support A/B testing.
- Manage multiple projects, maintain organized asset libraries, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
