Graphic Designer - EG007

Responsibilities

• Based in Dubai (UAE) — work from Pearl's regional operations with hybrid flexibility.
• Create digital and print assets for web, social, email, ads and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, icons and reusable design systems.
• Produce wireframes and high-fidelity UI mockups; collaborate with front-end developers for handoff.
• Support short-form video editing and simple motion graphics for social platforms.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and campaign performance metrics; support A/B testing.
• Manage multiple projects, maintain organized asset libraries, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 Years Experience
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Strong Portfolio
• English Proficiency
• Time Management
• Remote-ready
