Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce visual assets for digital and print: social media, web banners, email templates, presentations, brochures, packaging, and event graphics.
  • Translate brand messaging into clear, on-brand designs that drive engagement and campaign goals.
  • Adapt and optimize designs for multiple platforms and devices, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to gather requirements, iterate on feedback, and deliver on deadlines.
  • Maintain organized brand asset libraries and prepare final files for print and digital publication.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet delivery timelines in a hybrid work environment.
  • Keep current with design trends, UX fundamentals, and production best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years professional graphic design experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Figma proficiency
  • Print Production knowledge
  • Strong typography and color theory
  • Portfolio Required
  • Communication Skills
  • Remote Collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic UI/UX understanding
  • Motion Graphics / Animation (After Effects)
  • Experience with Canva or similar rapid-design tools
  • Infographic and presentation design experience
  • Prior experience working in hybrid teams across time zones
