Graphic Designer IIIX (Hybrid - Dubai)

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media, web banners, email templates, presentations, brochures, and event materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and copy teams to translate briefs into on‑brand, high‑impact designs.
• Maintain and organize brand asset libraries and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials.
• Prepare and deliver final artwork to production specifications for print and digital publication.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback while managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Adapt creative concepts for multiple formats and platforms, ensuring optimal visual quality and user experience.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Practical experience with Figma and Canva for digital design and rapid production.
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing both digital and print work with clear case descriptions.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience preparing files for print production and working with vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with basic motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and adapting visual assets for interfaces.
• Prior experience working within a marketing or GTM team.
• Knowledge of brand asset management systems and version control workflows.
• Experience working in hybrid or distributed teams with strong remote collaboration skills.
