About the Company

LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for social media, ads, email, web, and landing pages
• Create graphics for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams on creative concepts
• Revise designs based on feedback and performance insights
• Manage multiple design requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, SaaS, or agency environment
• Mandatory portfolio showcasing loud, bold colors and high-energy design
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
• Ability to take feedback well and iterate quickly
• Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level)
• Availability to work U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Basic understanding of marketing funnels or conversion-focused design
• Motion graphics or short-form video design experience
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or startup environments
