Job description

Responsibilities

  • Brand Asset Development: Design and produce a comprehensive suite of brand assets including logos, product mockups, PDFs, workbooks, presentations, and general business collateral, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Advertising Creative Production: Create compelling static advertising creatives for paid media platforms such as Meta and Google, applying strong principles of layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity to optimize for conversion.
  • Print & Physical Asset Design: Prepare and design print-ready files for various materials, including banners, posters, and physical event assets, ensuring correct specifications for DPI, bleed, color modes, and sizing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, paid media, copywriting, and funnel teams to translate campaign objectives and briefs into effective visual designs, providing creative input and ensuring seamless integration of assets.
  • Quality Assurance & Workflow Management: Conduct thorough quality control checks on all designed assets, including basic copy accuracy and layout integrity, before final delivery; effectively manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high standard of output and utilizing AI design tools to enhance ideation and production efficiency.
