Graphic Designer - REMOTE

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Director and cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and brand guidelines
• Develop design concepts and prepare drafts for internal review
• Create high-fidelity design materials for client presentations
• Implement revisions based on feedback
• Prepare production-ready documents adhering to technical specifications
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Ensure accessibility compliance (508 standards)
• Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements

• 0-2 years graphic design experience
• Portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Understanding of 508 compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphics experience (After Effects)
• Knowledge of closed/open captioning
• Creative problem-solving skills
