Job Description

Satellite Office is hiring a mid-level Graphic Designer to produce high-impact digital and social media assets from our Dubai office. The role focuses on visual storytelling, brand consistency, motion graphics and supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns. This position operates within the UAE (Dubai) and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Design platform-optimized social media graphics (posts, stories, reels, ads) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube.
  • Produce digital assets for websites, landing pages and online campaigns (banners, infographics, ad creatives).
  • Create motion graphics, GIFs and short-form video content optimized for social platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a library of brand templates and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content and sales teams to translate briefs into effective visual narratives.
  • Manage digital asset organization and submission workflows, including partner/OEM approval processes.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and design systems based on campaign needs and platform best practices.
  • Stay current on design trends, platform features and social media specifications to inform creative output.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
