Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality visual assets for digital marketing, social media, web and mobile product interfaces with a focus on clarity and brand consistency.
• Create infographics, illustrations and educational materials that simplify complex investment and trading concepts for a targeted market.
• Design print collateral such as brochures, flyers and presentation decks for marketing and business communications.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual assets comply with industry regulations and brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and social teams to translate business objectives into creative solutions and UI components.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Conduct research on target-market aesthetics and cultural preferences to inform design decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Portfolio required
• Figma or Sketch
• UI/UX basics
• Infographic skills
• Financial literacy
• English proficiency
• Remote collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or financial services design.
• Proven work or case studies tailored to the Japanese market or other APAC markets.
• Japanese language ability (reading/writing) is a strong plus.
• Prior experience designing product UI components and marketing funnels.
• Familiarity with analytics-driven design and measuring campaign performance.
