Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging social media graphics and assets for various marketing campaigns, adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Enhance and polish sales decks and presentations to improve visual appeal and clarity, ensuring they effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
• Perform light brand adaptation and layout work on existing marketing collateral and internal documents to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Develop campaign assets that support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall GTM strategy execution.
• Collaborate effectively with remote Sales and Marketing teams, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs rapidly to meet evolving project needs.
• Manage a queue of short-term, deadline-driven design requests, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• (Optional) Execute basic short-form video editing tasks as needed to support content creation efforts.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Portfolio showcasing brand guideline application
• Expertise in social media design
• Presentation design skills
• Brand adaptation ability
• Excellent remote communication skills
