Group Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and own a centralized finance function to provide group-level leadership with clear visibility across all entities
• Design embedded reporting structures that integrate with independently operating founders
• Build and manage group-level cash flow forecasting capabilities across multiple entities
• Design and implement activity-based intercompany cost allocation structures
• Support leadership with M&A readiness, trade sale positioning, and long-term IPO preparation
• Lead group-level tax planning to ensure efficient and compliant operations
• Establish board-level reporting structures covering quarterly performance and financial governance

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building or leading a group finance function across multiple entities
• Direct experience structuring debt facilities and managing banking relationships independently
• Meaningful involvement in M&A transactions
• Experience designing intercompany cost allocation structures
• Background in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments
• Minimum experience at the CFO or Group Finance Lead level
