Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute growth strategies across media buying, automation, CRM, content, and performance marketing.
  • Own acquisition funnels, LTV/CAC, segmentation, and budget optimization.
  • Create a highly organized marketing function with clear reporting, dashboards, planning cycles, and accountability.
  • Lead multi-channel media buying (Meta, Google, Programmatic, Affiliates) with deep knowledge of compliance restrictions in CFD & crypto-adjacent industries.
  • Implement marketing automation systems to improve targeting, retention, and remarketing.
  • Build, lead, and mentor marketing managers, analysts, media buyers, and content teams.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in performance-driven marketing roles
  • Extreme organizational discipline
  • Hands-on expertise in media buying and automation tools
  • Analytical, KPI-driven mindset
  • Strong leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in trading, fintech, crypto, or iGaming
  • Deep understanding of compliance in CFD & crypto industries
  • Proven track record in scalable acquisition
  • Cross-functional team leadership
