Job description
Responsibilities
- Build and execute growth strategies across media buying, automation, CRM, content, and performance marketing.
- Own acquisition funnels, LTV/CAC, segmentation, and budget optimization.
- Create a highly organized marketing function with clear reporting, dashboards, planning cycles, and accountability.
- Lead multi-channel media buying (Meta, Google, Programmatic, Affiliates) with deep knowledge of compliance restrictions in CFD & crypto-adjacent industries.
- Implement marketing automation systems to improve targeting, retention, and remarketing.
- Build, lead, and mentor marketing managers, analysts, media buyers, and content teams.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in performance-driven marketing roles
- Extreme organizational discipline
- Hands-on expertise in media buying and automation tools
- Analytical, KPI-driven mindset
- Strong leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in trading, fintech, crypto, or iGaming
- Deep understanding of compliance in CFD & crypto industries
- Proven track record in scalable acquisition
- Cross-functional team leadership
