Group Product Manager, Data & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for data, analytics, and reporting capabilities
• Translate company and customer priorities into actionable product requirements and delivery plans
• Manage the product lifecycle from planning and design through development and launch
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and impact
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable data pipelines, APIs, and analytics features
• Lead initiatives to transform raw healthcare data (FHIR, claims, clinical, CCD) into actionable insights
• Ensure solutions meet standards for compliance, security, and interoperability (FHIR, HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST)

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years focused on data, analytics, or BI platforms
• Proven ability to deliver data products in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CQL, claims, clinical)
• Experience working with payers, providers, or healthcare technology vendors
• Expertise in agile methodologies and backlog management

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Experience applying AI or ML to healthcare analytics
• Background in B2B SaaS and healthcare interoperability
• People management experience
