Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user data to optimize the loyalty program
  • Develop data-driven recommendations for features and enhancements
  • Write clear product requirements (PRDs)
  • Collaborate with Technology during development and testing
  • Measure program performance and track KPIs
  • Generate insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Mentor teammates and champion data-driven culture

Requirements

  • 3+ years in analytics or product analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in SQL; Python preferred
  • Experience with Excel and data visualization (e.g., Tableau)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Product management experience across feature lifecycle
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Passion for e-commerce and digital products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Loyalty program analytics experience
  • A/B testing and experimentation
  • E-commerce or marketplace background
  • PRD writing and stakeholder alignment
  • Dashboarding and KPI frameworks
