Job description

Responsibilities

  • Formulate business development plans and assist the team in negotiating and signing cooperation projects
  • Contact, negotiate, and close profitable deals with potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Support KOLs and design special campaigns to increase trading volume
  • Build long-term partnerships with key opinion leaders and crypto projects
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs in the LATAM region
  • Maintain and grow relationships with both new and existing clients and KOLs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
  • Experience in channel development and market development
  • Proficiency in English and either Portuguese or Spanish is essential
  • Deep understanding of crypto markets is a significant plus
