Job description
Responsibilities
- Formulate business development plans and assist the team in negotiating and signing cooperation projects
- Contact, negotiate, and close profitable deals with potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Support KOLs and design special campaigns to increase trading volume
- Build long-term partnerships with key opinion leaders and crypto projects
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs in the LATAM region
- Maintain and grow relationships with both new and existing clients and KOLs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in channel development and market development
- Proficiency in English and either Portuguese or Spanish is essential
- Deep understanding of crypto markets is a significant plus
