We power and support Grass, a bandwidth-sharing network that operates a massive distributed crawler, providing unique access to high-quality public web data at global scale.

Responsibilities

• Own copywriting across key channels including email, landing pages, in-product copy, social, blogs, and campaigns
• Identify and analyze growth opportunities across user acquisition and engagement channels
• Build relationships with influencers, creators, and internet communities to amplify brand visibility
• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google Ads
• Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR and conversion rates to inform decisions
• Develop and frame the company's brand position, narrative, and tone
• Blend technical understanding with creative storytelling to explain products and business models
• Create multi-format educational content for various audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in growth, marketing, communications, or creative roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating persuasive copy across multiple formats
• Exceptional written communication, editing, and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to iterate on campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with first principles and systems thinking
• Ability to move between high-level narrative and tactical execution
