Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution for inbound and outbound lead generation
  • Develop campaigns across SEO, social, content, and outbound outreach
  • Identify and test new go-to-market (GTM) channels and tactics
  • Use data to optimize lead flow, conversion, and pipeline quality
  • Partner with leadership to shape GTM playbooks and long-term growth strategy

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in growth, demand generation, or GTM roles
  • Proven track record of running and scaling successful campaigns
  • Strong grasp of tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, etc.
  • Data-driven, with ability to link campaigns to pipeline impact
  • Comfortable balancing execution with higher-level GTM strategy
