Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution for inbound and outbound lead generation
- Develop campaigns across SEO, social, content, and outbound outreach
- Identify and test new go-to-market (GTM) channels and tactics
- Use data to optimize lead flow, conversion, and pipeline quality
- Partner with leadership to shape GTM playbooks and long-term growth strategy
Requirements
- 4–6 years in growth, demand generation, or GTM roles
- Proven track record of running and scaling successful campaigns
- Strong grasp of tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, etc.
- Data-driven, with ability to link campaigns to pipeline impact
- Comfortable balancing execution with higher-level GTM strategy
