Responsibilities

• Design and improve Web-to-App user acquisition funnels
• Create, test, and iterate design hypotheses to grow key metrics
• Design quizzes, checkout flows, and upsells
• Analyze experiment results and identify new conversion growth points
• Work with the design system and maintain high interface quality
• Create high-end AI-generated fashion visuals for product and growth tasks
• Work on email communications, ASA/ASO, and other lifecycle materials

Requirements

• Ability to work with user experience and understand design's impact on business metrics
• Strong visual expertise and product thinking
• Experience with conversion-driven design
• Ability to work closely with Lead Designers and PMMs
