Growth Engineer

About the Company

Goldsky is the data platform for financial products built on stablecoins. We provide fintechs and financial institutions with the real-time data infrastructure needed to launch stablecoin accounts, balances, payments, custody, and settlement products.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered internal tools including enrichment agents, account research workflows, and automated outbound personalization
• Develop customer-facing growth surfaces such as interactive demos, sandboxed playgrounds, and AI-assisted onboarding
• Manage marketing engineering including websites, landing pages, A/B tests, and lifecycle email flows
• Partner with sales engineering to automate customer evaluation journeys, provisioning, and technical content generation
• Instrument analytics and experimentation to measure growth drivers
• Act as the AI specialist for GTM, staying current with LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI-native tools

Requirements

• Full-stack engineering experience (frontend, backend, integrations, agents, automations)
• Proven experience shipping production systems using LLMs and AI tooling (Anthropic, OpenAI, agent frameworks)
• Proficiency in modern web technologies including TypeScript and Next.js
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Commercial curiosity regarding revenue drivers and onboarding experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in growth engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or developer relations
• Experience building internal AI agents used by professional teams
• Background in fintech, payments, stablecoins, or financial infrastructure
• History of launching side projects, indie tools, or open-source libraries
