Growth Engineer/Integration Engineer

About the Company

Injective Labs is trailblazing a new dawn for Web3 enabled finance. We are the core contributors to Injective, one of the fastest growing blockchains in the industry, providing an interoperable smart contracts platform optimized for decentralized finance applications.

Responsibilities

• Build components that integrate the Injective blockchain with JSON-RPC providers, indexers, wallets, bridges, and analytics platforms
• Own partner integrations end-to-end from technical discovery through production support
• Improve integration tooling, deployment workflows, testing frameworks, and security controls
• Provide technical support to developers by troubleshooting issues and answering queries
• Maintain technical documentation and create developer resources like tutorials and sample code
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
• Experience within the blockchain ecosystem (L1, L2, oracles, bridges, indexers, etc.)
• Expertise in smart contract development and blockchain protocols
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Golang, and/or Rust
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CosmWasm
