Job description

Responsibilities

  • Architect and own a participant acquisition engine focused on organic loops, referral mechanics, and community partnerships
  • Build and manage automation and agentic workflows using LLMs for outreach personalization and scrapers for community discovery
  • Drive geographic unlocks and scale density in new markets based on supply-side economics
  • Execute weekly growth experiments, rapidly iterating on winning channels and discarding underperforming ones
  • Track and optimize key metrics including cost per activated participant, completion rates, and repeat-task rates

Requirements

  • Proven experience growing marketplaces, gig platforms, or two-sided businesses
  • Proficiency with agentic tooling, including LLM-powered outreach and scraping
  • Experience with no-code orchestration tools such as Make, n8n, or Zapier
  • Basic SQL skills for data work and dashboarding
  • Experience shipping growth initiatives in emerging markets
  • Ability to operate independently and build systems without a large support team
