Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the marketing North Star metric to increase user adoption via PLG and sales demos
  • Execute SEO strategy including keyword research, backlinking, and technical SEO
  • Manage paid media campaigns on Google Search Ads and LinkedIn
  • Build a meaningful presence in developer communities like Reddit, HackerNews, and StackOverflow
  • Collaborate with product teams to craft impactful product launches and announcements
  • Lead content creation and social media strategy, specifically for LinkedIn
  • Partner with sales and product teams to align growth strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a growth or marketing role, preferably at a Series A/B B2B startup
  • Proven track record of driving leads and conversions from marketing initiatives
  • Exceptional technical writing skills
  • Ability to engage authentically in developer forums and community discussions
  • Experience transforming customer success stories into compelling content
  • Proficiency with metrics including SEO rankings, paid ad performance, and conversion rates
  • Familiarity with the cloud-native or Kubernetes ecosystem
