Responsibilities
- Own and drive the marketing North Star metric to increase user adoption via PLG and sales demos
- Execute SEO strategy including keyword research, backlinking, and technical SEO
- Manage paid media campaigns on Google Search Ads and LinkedIn
- Build a meaningful presence in developer communities like Reddit, HackerNews, and StackOverflow
- Collaborate with product teams to craft impactful product launches and announcements
- Lead content creation and social media strategy, specifically for LinkedIn
- Partner with sales and product teams to align growth strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a growth or marketing role, preferably at a Series A/B B2B startup
- Proven track record of driving leads and conversions from marketing initiatives
- Exceptional technical writing skills
- Ability to engage authentically in developer forums and community discussions
- Experience transforming customer success stories into compelling content
- Proficiency with metrics including SEO rankings, paid ad performance, and conversion rates
- Familiarity with the cloud-native or Kubernetes ecosystem
