Growth Lead, PIMS

Responsibilities

• Define AI-powered marketing capabilities and infrastructure within the Vetcove PIMS
• Own the strategy for AI-driven marketing journeys, including experimentation frameworks and personalization logic
• Design and maintain scalable marketing playbooks for rapid iteration
• Identify and test growth hacks to increase engagement, retention, and ARPC
• Partner with Product to ideate and validate new features that unlock growth opportunities
• Use data and experimentation to refine AI guardrails based on performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related role
• Expertise in prompt engineering AI systems
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven or automated marketing systems
• Strong understanding of email marketing and customer journeys
• Proven track record of executing growth hacks with measurable impact
• Ability to design flexible frameworks rather than one-off campaigns
• Data-informed mindset with a bias toward testing and iteration
