Responsibilities

• Own up to 10 client relationships end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and renewal
• Define the growth plan and reasoning for each account
• Act as the quality gate for every deliverable
• Drive commercial-intent visibility, conversions, and revenue impact for your book of business
• Manage your own schedule and priority order across accounts
• Exercise high-level judgment to ensure recommendations solve actual client problems

Requirements

• Proven experience owning organic growth programs for B2B tech companies end-to-end
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in parallel
• Ability to manage own schedule and prioritize tasks during account escalations
• Strong professional judgment and the confidence to reject flawed recommendations
• Significant experience in organic growth (typically 7+ years preferred)
