Growth Manager (Futures)

Responsibilities:

• • Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new users.
    • Identify and leverage growth channels, including but not limited to referral, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to implement growth initiatives.
    • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 5-7 years of experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably in IT companies.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Background and knowledge of crypto or finance is a plus.
