Growth Manager, International (LATAM & EMEA)

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the full regional growth marketing playbook across LATAM and EMEA
• Build and run multi-touch outbound sequences using Clay, Outreach, HeyReach, Nooks, and Cargo
• Launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Plan and execute regional webinars and manage participation in regional conferences and trade shows
• Research and prioritize target markets and accounts within LATAM and EMEA
• Partner with Sales to build regional pipeline and account penetration strategies
• Manage regional marketing budget and report on pipeline contribution

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in B2B growth or demand generation marketing
• Proven experience launching marketing programs in new regions or markets
• Hands-on experience across outbound, paid, and events
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred
• Deep familiarity with business culture and buying behavior in LATAM and/or EMEA markets
• Ability to thrive in environments with high ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing to financial institutions or regulated industries
• Experience at a company in the $5M-$50M ARR scaling phase
• Familiarity with regional data privacy regulations like GDPR or LGPD
