Growth Manager / New Business

Responsibilities

• Support the UAE Growth Lead in identifying, tracking and qualifying new business opportunities across priority sectors (Government, Technology, Energy, Finance, Health).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pursuit strategies and opportunity prioritisation.
• Coordinate outreach and engagement with prospective clients and procurement teams; maintain prospect relationships and pipeline data accuracy.
• Manage pitch coordination and proposal development: qualify RFPs, gather inputs from creative/strategy/client teams, manage timelines, and oversee pitch logistics for key pursuits.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge management and pursuit tracking systems; build and curate a content library of case studies, credentials, templates and bios.
• Track and report pursuit performance metrics (win/loss, sector performance, conversion trends) and prepare reports for Growth Lead and senior leadership.
• Partner with finance, operations and client teams to align commercial data with business development activity and identify process improvements.
• Gather and synthesise market and industry insights to support growth strategy and contribute recommendations to the UAE Growth Lead.
