Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic and operational bridge between Product Hackers and clients
• Co-create and challenge growth strategies using the GOI Tree framework
• Manage the end-to-end scientific experimentation lifecycle, including hypothesis formulation and statistical validation
• Coordinate execution with internal and external teams (designers, developers, specialists)
• Extract insights from quantitative (LTV, cohorts) and qualitative data (heatmaps, user recordings)
• Act as a senior consultant for C-level stakeholders and lead Strategy Reviews
• Mentor and train other Growth Managers in the PH methodology

Requirements

• Expert mastery of Growth frameworks (AARRR, ICE, agile experimentation)
• Strong applied statistical rigor (MDE, statistical significance, A/B and MVT testing)
• Proficiency in enterprise testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty) and UX tools (GTM, Maze, UserZoom)
• Expert level in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data visualization (Looker Studio)
• Ability to manage complex workflows using Notion or Jira
• High-impact communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical profiles
• Proactive "Owner" mindset and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in asynchronous remote collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an agency or consultancy environment
