Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels in partnership with agencies
  • Lead creative strategy for performance marketing, including messaging, copy testing, and design direction
  • Manage end-to-end funnel optimization from first touch to conversion and reactivation
  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies for pre-purchase nurture and churned-member reactivation
  • Execute an experimentation roadmap across channels, creative, landing pages, and lifecycle flows
  • Monitor core growth metrics including CAC, payback, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles
  • Direct ownership of CAC, conversion, or revenue targets
  • Proven track record improving CAC or payback at a high-growth consumer or healthcare company
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Experience working with agencies or external partners
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data for decision-making
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare or regulated-industry experience
  • Creator or influencer marketing experience
  • Lifecycle or CRM marketing experience
  • Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows
  • Former founders or early-stage startup operators
