Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of a structured testing roadmap for new and emerging paid media channels
  • Manage day-to-day campaign setup, trafficking, and pacing across new channel tests
  • Partner with the Creative team to brief and iterate on ad assets tailored to new platform environments
  • Identify incrementality and lift study opportunities and collaborate with Analytics to design test structures
  • Track and report on key performance indicators for new channel initiatives
  • Monitor the AdTech landscape for new channel opportunities including gaming and community platforms

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing
  • Hands-on experience with at least one paid media platform (e.g., Meta, Snapchat, Reddit, The Trade Desk)
  • Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms such as Adjust or AppsFlyer
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate performance data into actionable takeaways
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
  • Understanding of attribution frameworks informing paid media decisions
