About the Company

Field Materials develops AI-native material management software for construction. Our AI agents streamline material purchasing and equipment rentals, inventory management, and prefab operations. The company has grown 3x over the past year and is now processing $1B+ in construction purchasing volume.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the company's presence at industry trade shows and events end to end
  • Build and run email campaigns before and after each event to drive attendance and lead conversions
  • Own marketing reporting in HubSpot, tracking event ROI, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution
  • Manage the company's social media presence and content calendar
  • Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns
  • Own company swag sourcing, inventory, and distribution processes
  • Coordinate and write customer case studies to power sales and marketing

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
  • B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM/automation platforms
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing trade shows end to end
  • Experience managing LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong writing skills for case studies, email copy, and social content
  • Bachelor's degree minimum

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the construction industry or selling to construction/contractor audiences
