Growth Operations

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve core Growth team processes, systems, and documentation.
• Update and manage dashboards, reports, and spreadsheets to keep team KPIs accurate.
• Support execution of growth initiatives by coordinating tasks, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Audit and maintain CRM, tracking tools, and data sources used by Growth.
• Design simple process improvements and implement them end-to-end.
• Prepare regular operational reports and highlight action items for the team.
• Serve as the central point of contact for day-to-day operational questions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Familiarity with CRM or growth tools (e.g., HubSpot, Segment, or similar)
• Basic data-analysis comfort (filters, pivot tables)
• Experience with Notion, Airtable, or equivalent documentation tools
• Previous growth or operations experience (internship or 1+ years)
• Comfortable working with distributed teams and GMT/GMT+1 overlap
• Strong written and verbal English communication
