Growth Operations Manager (Asia)

Responsibilities

• Boost sales and contribute to long term business goals by building relationships with potential clients, agents, and partners
• Design and implement ongoing growth activities (online and offline) to engage, acquire, and retain users and trading volume
• Handle disputes from P2P/fiat transactions and support users/clients with troubleshooting
• Constant monitoring of transactions; investigate and report suspicious activities
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand user behavior and market trends, and implement growth opportunities in Southeast Asia
• Leverage regional user data and insights to shape team growth and operations strategies
• Deeply understand the on/off ramp products; collaborate with the product team to identify improvements and implement enhancements
• Communicate consistently with key stakeholders to align on goals, deadlines, and deliverables
• Perform continuous market research, including market comparison analysis and identifying local business opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in business development and growth roles in fintech, payments, or crypto
• Fluency in English and one other Southeast Asia local language (required for overseas partner and stakeholder coordination). Additional languages are an advantage.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and result-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
