Growth Operations Manager, Binance Academy

Responsibilities

• Initiate growth strategies to expand Binance Academy’s influence and partnerships with regulators and educational institutions.
• Identify untapped opportunities across formats, products, distribution channels, and learning experiences.
• Lead zero-to-one experiments from concept to MVP and post-launch iteration.
• Design and run structured growth experiments (hypothesis → test → learn → iterate) with data rigor.
• Partner with Product, Tech, Content, and Marketing to execute new ideas end-to-end.
• Define success metrics for early initiatives and refine using qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Build scalable frameworks to turn successful experiments into repeatable growth levers.
• Monitor user behavior, market trends, and competitors; translate insights into action.
• Communicate learnings, trade-offs, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in growth, operations, or innovation-focused roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination across global stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment.
• Demonstrated interest in education and blockchain technology.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in education, tech, or community-driven environments.
• Experience in the crypto/Web3 industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or other additional languages.
• Hands-on growth experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
