About the Company

Parkade is a B2B2C SaaS platform that modernizes private parking for apartments, mixed-use, and offices. We help buildings move away from the headaches of stickers, hang tags, and spreadsheets to a fully automated, self-serve app for parking management, enforcement, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take the reins of the Parkade Patroller Network (PPN) and drive it from pilot to market
• Operationalize testing phases into repeatable programs with documented processes and performance standards
• Act as the connective tissue between third-party partners, internal stakeholders, and customers
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to define value propositions, pricing models, and go-to-market approaches
• Create reporting infrastructure, goal-tracking frameworks, and dashboards to demonstrate ROI
• Define roles, responsibilities, and workflows to scale the program
• Build automations and low-code workflows to streamline experiences for partners and contractors
• Develop training materials, onboarding resources, and SOPs
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities and service expansions

Requirements

• 5+ years of program, implementations, or operations management experience
• Proven track record of taking an idea from MVP to a scalable service
• Ability to operate as a solo builder with the capacity to hire and lead a team
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with low-code platforms such as Retool or Airtable
• Fluency with AI tools and AI-enabled workflows
• Strong communication skills for managing third-party contractors and internal stakeholders
• Flexibility to be available outside standard hours (evenings/weekends) as program needs arise

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in parking, property technology, or related operations fields
• Background in launching programs as standalone products or revenue-generating services
• Experience with contractor or gig-economy workforce management
• Ability to build pitch materials or sales collateral for go-to-market motions
