Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own trader acquisition for your assigned region from pipeline to active accounts
  • Leverage existing networks of traders, VIPs, and communities to drive sign-ups
  • Build long-term relationships to ensure trader retention
  • Recruit and develop sub-partners to expand market reach
  • Act as a regional feedback channel for product and BD teams

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or trading community leadership
  • Active, verifiable network of traders in your region
  • Native-level fluency in your market's language
  • Ability to work independently in a performance-based model
  • High level of integrity regarding trading volume

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with trading KOLs or VIP desks
  • Familiarity with perpetuals and DEX trading
  • An established pipeline ready for immediate deployment
