Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all channel, referral, and strategic partner relationships
  • Build and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communication, enablement, and management
  • Develop joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling strategies, and partner campaigns
  • Identify, onboard, and grow new channel partners aligned with company growth goals
  • Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
  • Create scalable partnership processes, reporting systems, and operating cadences
  • Gather market insights to identify new strategic partnership opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales
  • Proven track record of managing revenue-generating partnerships
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, digital health, or high-growth startup environments
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience owning or contributing to pipeline generation and revenue growth targets
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in the digital health or musculoskeletal care space
