Responsibilities

• Research new markets, customer segments, and ICPs
• Discover new product use cases
• Generate, prioritize, and validate product hypotheses
• Launch experiments and MVPs
• Analyze results and scale successful initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering
• Identify the company's next major growth opportunities

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Growth Product Manager, Product Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, or Product Marketing Manager
• Proven experience launching new products or scaling initiatives (0→1 or post-PMF)
• Hands-on experience running product experiments and A/B tests
• Deep understanding of customer journeys and product funnels
• Experience with analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Understanding of monetization models and unit economics
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI, SaaS, or mobile products
• Experience designing or launching new business or monetization models
• Experience expanding into new markets or customer segments
• Experience managing large marketing budgets
• Experience in product-led growth or experimentation-driven environments
