Responsibilities

  • Launch and lead the Supabase solutions partner program from the ground up, defining the ideal partner profile, tiering structure, and commercial models.
  • Build the program framework, including entry requirements, certification expectations, and partner benefits.
  • Establish legal and commercial frameworks, such as partner agreements and co-sell rules of engagement.
  • Set up the operational backbone in HubSpot, including partner objects, attribution, and reporting.
  • Recruit and onboard the first cohort of strategic partners (SIs, digital agencies, and specialist shops).
  • Develop co-marketing playbooks and build partner-sourced/influenced pipeline motions with the sales team.
  • Scale the program by hiring a dedicated team and productizing onboarding and certification.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building a solutions partner program or serving as a senior operator within one at a developer-focused or infrastructure company.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure referral agreements and model partner economics.
  • A hands-on builder mindset, comfortable acting as an individual contributor before scaling a team.
  • High level of operational rigor and experience using data/dashboards to drive program decisions.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for an asynchronous, remote, and global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure partner ecosystems and cloud co-sell motions.
  • Existing relationships with SIs, agencies, or consultancies focused on Postgres, Firebase, or modern application stacks.
  • Background in Postgres, databases, AI/ML platforms, or application development.
  • Experience in a high-growth, product-led company transitioning into enterprise GTM.
