GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Connect the GTM Tech Stack by routing product usage signals and activating them in Salesforce and outreach tools
• Own end-to-end funnel workflows including pipeline routing, lead prioritization, and post-sale handoffs
• Build automations using Python, APIs, and Zapier to drive sales and marketing velocity
• Maintain and automate key reporting infrastructure for MBR, pipeline, and bookings
• Leverage AI tools to compress reporting and analysis cycles

Requirements

• 3–5 years in a GTM Engineer, RevOps engineer, Salesforce developer, or sales systems role at a B2B SaaS company
• Proficiency in writing Python and working with REST APIs
• Deep Salesforce fluency including data models, flows, and custom objects
• Experience activating signals from product usage data (Mixpanel) and external intent sources (ZoomInfo, RevenueBase)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in multifamily, real estate, or proptech
• Experience standing up product-led signals into a sales motion
