GTM Engineer, Applied AI

Responsibilities

• Own GTM systems end-to-end including HubSpot administration, attribution, quota updates, and new-product launches
• Maintain data integrity by building pipelines and ensuring accurate field flow
• Diagnose recurring problems and implement fixes through automation or re-architecting
• Evaluate and recommend net-new systems and tools
• Apply an AI-first lens to RevOps problems and partner with the Head of Applied AI on the AI × GTM operating model

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience owning GTM systems at a B2B SaaS or B2B tech company
• Experience in an early-stage (Series B–C) environment as a single owner
• Deep HubSpot ownership expertise beyond basic administration
• Strong product mindset for solution design and root-cause diagnosis
• Familiarity with APIs and integrations
• Fluency in applying AI to GTM workflows

• SQL proficiency
