GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM Strategists to translate business requirements and customer journeys into technical solutions using HubSpot, Clay, and the modern GTM stack
• Design, build, and optimize workflows, automations, integrations, CRM architecture, and connected data systems
• Build and optimize enrichment, segmentation, routing, scoring, and lifecycle automation
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical challenges, and improve data quality and platform performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional specialists including Paid Media, Content, and Delivery
• Contribute to the evolution of RevPartners methodologies and technical standards

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems, MarTech, CRM Administration, or similar roles
• Advanced HubSpot experience
• Working knowledge of Clay
• Experience designing scalable CRM architectures and workflows
• Experience building integrations and data flows across multiple GTM platforms
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, consulting, agency, or SaaS environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Operations Engineering or Solutions Engineering
• Strong systems thinking and ability to build for scale
