Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the TAM by defining ICP, segmentation, and account scoring systems
  • Own the outbound motion including messaging, sequences, and weekly experimentation
  • Design and connect TAM → CRM → outbound workflows for a repeatable GTM system
  • Develop signal-driven outreach based on triggers like hiring, funding, and product launches
  • Create ABM playbooks, messaging templates, and train SDRs for scale
  • Support deal execution with assets like case studies, calculators, and data samples

Requirements

  • Proven experience building outbound/ABM pipeline
  • Track record of generating qualified meetings or pipeline
  • Strong understanding of ICP, targeting, and messaging
  • Hands-on operator comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
  • Deep experience with Clay, Sales Nav, or sequencing tools
  • SaaS platform experience (GTM, recruiting, data, or AI)
  • Experience training SDRs and building playbooks
